Delivered personally by us, Monique & Harvey,   with over 10 years of hands-on pet care experience, every sit is supported with consistent attention and genuine care. Services include feeding, walks, playtime, rest and light grooming aligned with your pet’s usual schedule, along with essential home upkeep and overnight security. 

We offer a free pre-sit consultation to get to know you and your pets before any sit begins. This allows us to understand your pet’s routine, preferences and any specific care needs, while you can ask questions and feel confident about our service. It also gives your pets a chance to become familiar with us, helping ensure a smooth and stress-free start to every sit.

For added security and continuity, every sit is supported by two dedicated carers, Monique & Harvey. This ensures consistent care in the event of illness or unexpected circumstances, and provides extra support for homes with multiple pets and varied needs. Having two carers means your pets always receive reliable attention and supervision, giving you greater reassurance and uninterrupted care for your home and pets throughout your time away.

We stay fully available via WhatsApp throughout every sit, giving you direct access to updates and peace of mind while you’re away. You’ll receive regular photos, videos and home updates so you can see how your pets are settling and what they’ve been up to. Open communication is central to our service, ensuring you always feel informed, connected and confident in the care being provided.

Our core Petsitting Package includes essential home and garden care to keep everything running smoothly while you’re away. This covers light household upkeep, basic cleaning, bin management, plant watering and general maintenance to ensure your home remains tidy and secure throughout the sit. 

For more thorough support, we also offer extended home and garden care as a tailored add-on for clients who require additional tasks or deeper maintenance during their time away.

Our dog adventure days are designed for dogs who love exploration and stimulation. We take them on safe, supervised trips to new and exciting locations, whether that’s countryside walks, coastal paths, parks or other enriching environments.

These days provide mental stimulation, social exposure and plenty of exercise, all managed with professional care and attention to your dog’s individual needs.

We do not charge more for dog adventure days as a Bespoke Add-On, because we feel this is what makes our core Petsitting Package stand out from others. 

We offer flexible support around your travel schedule to make departures and returns as smooth as possible.

Before you leave, we can arrive early on your departure day to walk and settle your dogs, helping you head off stress-free.

If you’re arriving home after a long journey, we can support your return by completing a food shop, taking dogs out for a longer walk, or handling any additional tasks needed to make your home comfortable and ready for you.

We care for a wide range of domestic animals and small farm animals, including dogs, cats, small pets, chickens, sheep and other similar livestock. We tailor our care to meet the individual needs and routines of each animal to ensure they remain comfortable and well looked after while you’re away.

Please note, we do not provide care for horses. 

We understand that senior pets and those with special needs require extra attention and a thoughtful approach. With experience caring for older animals who may need medication, slower routines, or additional comfort, we ensure they receive the gentle & consistent care.

We also support pets with conditions such as blindness, deafness, or mobility challenges, adapting our care to suit their individual needs so they feel secure and at ease in familiar surroundings.
